What height will my Podengo Pequeno jump in agility trials?It depends on which venue you are competing in. Most venues also have a parallel program of some sort with lower jumps heights. In AKC this is "Preferred", in USDAA "Performance", etc. Check the organizations' web sites for rules regarding lower heights and guidelines if interested.

AKC Agility Jump HeightsIn AKC there are six Regular jump heights. You may also run your dog in AKC's Preferred program one height lower than listed below.
Dog's Height - Jump Height 11" and less - 8" 14" and less - 12" 18" and less - 16" 22" and less - 20" over 22" - 24" Dogs may be entered at this 26" at their owner's discretion

USDAA Agility Jump HeightsUSDAA has four jump heights in their regular program, called Championship. Dogs may jump one height lower in their Performance program. In Performance there are also no spread jumps and the A-frame is lower for large dogs than in Championship.
Dog Height - Jump Height 12" or less - 12" 16" or less - 16" 21" or less - 22" Over 21" - 26"

CPE Agility Jump HeightsCPE has six Regular jump heights. They also have three other programs in which your dog can jump one or two heights lower.
Dog Height - Jump Height 8" or less - 4" 12" or less - 8" 16" or less - 12" 20" or less - 16" 24" or less - 20" over 24" - 24"

UKC Agility Jump HeightsIn UKC there are three Regular jump heights.

NADAC Agility Jump HeightsNADAC has five jump heights in the Standard Division. They have lower heights for Veterans and Junior Handlers.
Dog's Height - Jump Height 11" & under - 8" 14" & under - 12" 18" & under - 16" 20" & under - 20" over 20" are in the 20+ class - 20"
