Zoe Wins Rally Novice Title
A few days after her first birthday, Zoe Farney of Ketka, owned by Suzanne Farney of Evansville, IN entered a 3 day Rally trial put on by the Evansville Obedience Club. Zoe entered all three days. The first day she won second place, the second day a fourth place (as her owner didn't do the sign correctly) and the third day a first place which was when she also won the title. Zoe is working hard on preparing for agility trials and expects to enter a UKC agility trial in October. She has to wait until she's older to enter NADAC and AKC trials, however. Except for the teeter, she loves agility and is even learning the weave poles!
ARBA CH Horacio de Viamonte Wins First AKC Agility Title
ARBA CH Horacio de Viamonte is the first Portuguese Podengo to win an AKC Agility title.

On June 15, 2008, Racio gained his 3rd Novice A Standard leg and his 3rd Novice A Jumpers with Weaves leg to earn two AKC Agility titles. His name is now ARBA CH Horacio de Viamonte, NA, NAJ. We are extremely proud of him. In eight times in the Novice Agility ring, he earned 6 legs.

In his very first trial, he "double-Q-ed" qualified in both Novice Standard and in Novice JWW; and in his second trial, he "double-Q-ed" on the second day of this trial.

We are especially pleased with Racio as the weather was so hot (105F degrees in the ring on one day) and so wet and muddy and raining on another. He proved that the PPPWH has a great work ethic!!
